At one of the bi-monthly car shows at a local eatery is where this was taken. To cleanup the photo I used photoshop and removed as much of the background as possible to make it appear like it was at the beach, not in the Arizona desert.

The clone and eraser tool were used along with a B&W conversion.
Remember to use layers to change any photo, I didn't and never did have the original shot to keep as a negative for future us.
